Founded in 1967 as strictly a leasing company, Quest distinguished itself in providing professional real estate services to residential property owners and tenants. Working as an agent and office manager for Quest since 1976, Audrey Cooper, MPMŪ, purchased the Fort Worth office in 1990. Shortly thereafter, she hired Erika K. Green, MPMŪ as an agent. Together, they sought to fulfill the areas need for distinguished residential property management and established the management division in 1991. Now the corporation is known as Quest Property Services, Inc. (QPS) to represent all the property services provided.
Today, Audrey Cooper, MPMŪ, President of Quest Property Services, Inc., serves as the Marketing Director and Erika K. Green, MPMŪ, Broker of the corporation, serves as the Property Director and Office Administrator.
