We are currently working with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Old Republic Bank, to name a few. We are well versed in the use of internet portals. We have several teams of reliable vendors at our service that are accustomed to the needs of an Investor and the REO processes and procedures and are always available to us.
Our inhouse team includes a licensed full time buyer’s agent, listing and closing specialist, book keeper, AP/AR billing department, as well as several part time office and field assistants.
As team leader I personally have over 18 years in the residential real estate business and a degree in finance from U of I, Chicago.
